The formula
Reward × target actions = reserved campaign budget.
A campaign promising 5 points for each of 100 accepted completions needs 500 points reserved before launch. That reserved amount is separate from your currently spendable balance while the campaign is active.
Set a visible point reward
The participant sees the reward before starting. Higher rewards cost more because every accepted action uses that base amount.
Prepay the campaign budget
Unused campaign escrow can be returned according to the campaign controls instead of silently disappearing from the wallet.

It cannot know whether a profile is compelling, a post is useful, a stream retains viewers, or an external platform will distribute that content further. Those outcomes depend on the content, audience, platform rules and many factors outside the exchange.
